An initial meeting & tour at the property, determining any needs & wishes.

An extensive list of vendor recommendations, with a focus on all local
quality specialists, caterers, the best lodging options, etc.

Floor plans for seating arrangements for a variety of party sizes, sparing
you a lot of puzzling hours.

A 2nd meeting two weeks prior to the event with a walk through of the
property to finalize “day of” needs, possibly in collaboration with your caterer.

Representation and assistance on the day of setup & day of event.

A full day for your event at The Barn & Grounds, where you can arrange your
reception, ceremony, dinner and party at different areas of the property: in and
outside of the barn.


The entire previous day for set up and rehearsal (8 am - 7 pm)


Use of: 17 banquet tables, 30 round tables, 300 chairs, and a raised stage
area for the wedding party.


The Barn is beautifully lit with hundreds of lights.


Assistance, including:












The Celebration Barn music & bar closes at 11:30 pm. You will have until midnight to clean up and collect items. A rate of $100/hr will be charged if the clean-up goes past midnight.


Rates are subject to change without notice. Maximum occupancy of The Barn
and grounds up to 600 persons. Please also view our policies.
